Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. -Genesis 37:5
Dreams have had a special meaning in all of our lives at one time or another. Dreams can be the expression of our subconscious, or dreams can be given by God. We see in the story of Joseph and his brothers what can happen when we dream. We live in a society that can kill dreamers and their dreams. Especially prophetic dreamers, when the dream of is of peace, justice and freedom of spirit and thought. Joseph threatened the status quo when he spoke of his dreams to others.
