It seems to me we make our prayer life consistent and last by persistent practice on a daily basis, through good days and bad days, ups and downs, lack and plenty, through patience and petitions.
We know that the practice of prayer is an indispensable and key ingredient of the spiritual walk of faith.
We are urged in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, in the New Testament, to “rejoice always; pray without ceasing and in everything give thanks;
for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
The Word is clear, but there are challenges that come with living in a secular and sometimes crazy world.
